Every dog has untapped potential, but achieving it requires more than basic commands—it demands professional guidance, consistency, and a structured environment. At Model K9, our luxury Board & Train programs are designed to transform even the most challenging dogs into well-mannered, obedient companions. We combine expert training with a stress-free, luxury experience for both dogs and their owners.
The Board & Train Experience
Our Board & Train programs allow your dog to stay with our professional trainers for 1, 2, or 4 weeks, depending on your dog’s needs. During this time, your dog undergoes intensive training covering obedience, manners, off-leash control, and socialization.
1-Week Freedom Program: Focused on off-leash recall, polite waiting, and basic obedience. Includes a 1.5-hour owner session after completion to ensure continued progress.
2-Week Signature Program: Full obedience, socialization, and distraction-proof behaviors. Includes a 2-hour owner session to reinforce commands.
4-Week Extended Program: For dogs needing extra time to perfect skills. Includes advanced training for off-leash control, distractions, and complex commands.
During the program, dogs are exposed to real-world distractions such as other dogs, people, and noisy environments. This ensures that learned behaviors are reliable outside of the training facility.
Why Model K9’s Approach Works:
Personalized Training Plans: Each dog receives a plan tailored to their temperament, age, and skill level.
Owner Involvement: Owners are trained alongside their dogs so behaviors are reinforced at home.
Luxury Experience: Your dog receives curated starter kits including monogrammed collars and certificates of completion. Shuttle services are available for dogs while owners travel.
